Resume screening & Shortlisting
- Screening of applicant resumes for a specific position that the Client has advertised.
- Resumes will be screened and a shortlist of the best candidates, fitting the requirements of the specific JD, will be provided.
Interviewing & Testing Services
- Interview after initial resume screening of candidates and/or final interviews with the Client (facilitation and interview support), including a full interview report.
- Several positions require different types of testing (language, psychometric, mathematical skills etc.). Tests can be arranged as per Clients demands.
Job Advertising Services through Newspapers
- Positions advertisements, after Client’s consideration, in local and international papers and job boards
Outsourcing
- Green Umbrella Recruitment and its sister company Green Umbrella Business Development LLC, expanded the services of HR to Outsourcing/Secondment services of Omani and Expat talents as well with the high market demand of such services in the Omani market.
- Contract periods can start with a minimum of 6 months contracts.
- Terms and Conditions of outsourcing/secondments vary depending on the clients’ demand.
